The Quincy QP™ Series is engineered for demanding 175 PSI applications, featuring a heavy-duty, cast-iron construction and an advanced pressure lubrication system that includes an oil pump to lubricate the crankshaft, bearings, and connecting rod up to the wrist pins, enabling smoother operations. Each reciprocating piston-driven air compressor utilizes positive displacement to compress air into a storage tank. The key specifications include a capacity of 22.6 CFM at 175 PSI, with power options ranging from 5 to 15 HP and a maximum pressure of 175 PSIG. The system is equipped with an oil filter, pressure gauge, and an automotive-style inlet filter/silencer. Additional features comprise a lubricated two-stage compressor, high-performance positive displacement oil pump, two-piece aluminum connecting rods, an inter-cooler unit with fin and tube construction, an automotive-style filter, and electric models that include a pressure switch. Duplex units offer single-source duplex control panels along with a manual ball valve tank drain. Safety compliance is ensured with ASME-coded relief valves located in the interstage, discharge line, and receiver tank, as well as an enclosed belt guard that meets OSHA standards. The compressor also contains CSA and UL compliant electrical components.
