The Quincy QP™ Series is designed for demanding 175 PSI applications, featuring a heavy-duty cast-iron construction with an integrated oil pump for pressure lubrication to the crankshaft, bearings, and connecting rod up to the wrist pins, ensuring smoother and more continuous operation. This series includes reciprocating compressors with specifications of 35 CFM @ 175 PSI and a power range of 5-15 HP, with a maximum pressure of 175 PSIG. Key features include an oil filter and pressure gauge, automotive-style inlet filter/silencer, a lubricated two-stage compressor, high-performance positive displacement oil pump, two-piece aluminum connecting rods, and an intercooler unit with fin and tube construction. Additionally, the electric models come equipped with a pressure switch, and duplex units feature single-source duplex control panels. The design incorporates a manual ball valve tank drain, ASME-coded relief valves in the interstage, discharge line, and receiver tank, and an enclosed belt guard that complies with OSHA standards. All electrical components are CSA and UL compliant.
