The Quincy QT™ is a high-performance reciprocating air compressor designed to ensure more air production while consuming less energy, featuring a one-piece aluminum head that optimizes strength and enhances heat dissipation. It includes high-efficiency cast-iron cylinders with rigid tolerances, a loadless auto stop/start function, and ASME-standard interstage pressure relief valves. The compressor is equipped with industrial bearings for longevity, graphite head gaskets, and a high-capacity oil reservoir for low operating temperatures. Additional features include built-in two-piece connecting rods for easier servicing, a counterweighted crankshaft for smooth operation, and stainless steel valves providing maximum strength and volumetric efficiency. The unit operates at 5-15 HP with a maximum pressure of 175 PSIG, is OSHA compliant with a totally enclosed belt guard, and includes UL listed and CSA certified electrical components. Designed for a 100% duty cycle, the compressor also features a splash lubrication system and a fin and tube intercooler to reduce interstage air temperature and increase valve life. Optional attributes include an "fully loaded" configuration, an air-cooled after cooler, electronic drain, low oil protection, and vibration isolators for horizontal units. The extended warranty options include a two-year package and three-year pump warranty, and the unit is designed for easier ordering with preassigned part numbers.
