The Quincy QP™ series is engineered for demanding 175 psi applications, offering a heavy-duty, cast-iron construction that features an oil pump for pressure lubrication to the crankshaft, bearings, and connecting rod. This advanced lubrication system ensures smoother operation, making the QP™ suitable for challenging compressed air applications. The series includes reciprocating compressors with specifications such as 17.2 CFM at 175 psi, 5-15 hp with a maximum of 175 psig, an oil filter, pressure gauge, and an automotive-style inlet filter/silencer. The lubricated two-stage compressor is equipped with a high-performance positive displacement oil pump and two-piece aluminum connecting rods. Additionally, it incorporates an inter-cooler unit with fin and tube construction, an automotive-style filter, and electric models that come with a pressure switch. Duplex models feature single-source control panels, manual ball valve tank drains, and ASME-coded relief valves in the interstage, discharge line, and receiver tank. The enclosed belt guard complies with OSHA standards, and the electrical components are CSA and UL compliant. The QP™ series is versatile, providing value across various industries such as automotive, manufacturing, mining, energy exploration, and food and beverage, particularly in applications requiring intermittent compressed air. It comes with a standard warranty of 1 year, with the option for an extended warranty available with the purchase of EWK 8. The kit includes fully loaded units and an air-cooled after cooler, with dimensions and specifications tailored to meet rigorous operational demands.
