The Solaira™ XL Series features a sleek, high output 4000 watt, 240V heater with a current draw of 8.3 amps, housed in a black epoxy powder-coated, extruded aircraft aluminum design. This kit includes aluminum wall mount brackets, stainless steel hardware, and integrated safety grills. The heaters are IP55 weatherproof rated, making them suitable for completely exposed outdoor or indoor applications, especially in smaller areas or for integration into commercial umbrellas. Designed specifically for wall mount applications, the XL Series utilizes filtered ultra low glare Solaira S-Wave emitter technology, which converts 92% (85% after reflector) of consumed energy into directional, radiant heat, resulting in virtually no impact from wind and achieving full output in less than 1 second. The technology is highly effective in breezy environments. The XL Series heaters are certified by CCSAUS (UL2021 and CSA22.2) and are available in standard black or white, with custom orders possible in most RAL colors. The XL Compact series offers additional options in 1,500 watt, 120 volt and 1,500, 2,000, and 3,000 watt, 240V configurations.
