The Solaira™ XL Series features a sleek, high output design with a power rating of 4000 watts, operating at 240V and 8.3 amps, housed in durable stainless steel with extruded aircraft aluminum. Each heater includes aluminum wall mount brackets, stainless steel hardware, and integrated safety grills. Designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, the fixtures have an IP55 weatherproof rating, making them suitable for completely exposed environments, particularly in smaller areas or integrated into commercial umbrellas. The XL Series uses filtered ultra low glare Solaira S-Wave emitter technology that converts 92% of consumed energy into directional, radiant heat, with 85% efficiency after reflection. This technology ensures that the radiant heat is largely unaffected by wind, achieving full output in less than one second, and is entirely directional, making it ideal for breezy conditions. The heaters are CSAus certified (UL2021 and CSA22.2) and are available in standard black or white, with options for custom ordering in most RAL colors. The XL Compact models come in 1500 watt at 120V and 1500, 2000, and 3000 watt options at 240V.
