The Starrett® automatic center punch with adjustable stroke boasts a lightweight, knurled steel handle that provides a positive grip and facilitates easy handling. Measuring 125mm (5") in length and 14mm (9/16") in diameter, this rugged tool features an all-steel handle and internal mechanism that automatically strikes a blow when downward pressure is applied. The spring tension regulates the blow, ensuring that marks made by the point are uniform in depth and size for each setting. Additionally, the point can be easily removed for regrinding or replacement, and the adjustable knurled cap allows for regulation of the force of the blow.
