Traffic signs safely direct and regulate the flow of vehicles and pedestrians in and around parking areas, dock areas, and roadways. This kit includes durable, .080" aluminum signs that will not rust and feature an engineer-grade prismatic (EGP) reflective surface for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. The micro-prismatic retro reflective sheeting is recommended for commercial sign applications and non-critical traffic control signs, complying with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and meeting ASTM D 4956 Type 1 standards. The signs are printed with UV-resistant inks to prevent fading from long-term outdoor use and are protected by Sign Muscle® to guard against harsh abuse and graffiti. Additional features include rounded corners with center post-mount holes, 1/4" corner holes, or 3/8" postmount holes, and an operating temperature range of -40° to 250° F. The reflective sheeting offers extra visibility during low-light and nighttime conditions when light shines on the surface, making it an excellent choice for regulatory, warning, and work zone signs while meeting the standards of MUTCD Section 9B.13. The bicycle signal actuation (R10-22) sign may be installed at signalized intersections where markings indicate the position for a bicyclist to actuate the signal, adhering to national standards set forth by the MUTCD that require traffic signs and pavement markings on all roads open to public traffic to be high-intensity prismatic.
