The AccuformNMC™ signs kit includes durable, .080" aluminum traffic signs designed to withstand rust and extreme outdoor conditions, with a service temperature range of -40° to 250° F. These signs provide added visibility in low-light conditions and are three times brighter than engineer-grade prismatic reflective materials. The graphics are surface-printed using UV-resistant inks that prevent fading from long-term outdoor use, making them easy to understand. Each sign features rounded corners and comes with either 1/4" corner holes or 3/8" post mount holes for versatile mounting options. The dimensions of the signs are 15"W x 21"H, and they weigh 2.59 lbs. The signs comply with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) regulation for traffic signs on public roads and meet ASTM D 4956, Type III, Type IV, and Type X certifications. Additionally, the signs are constructed with prismatic sheeting bonded to aluminum and finished with a clear UV protective overcoat. The directional arrow auxiliary sign is intended to be mounted below the route sign and any other auxiliary signs in directional assemblies, ensuring compliance with MUTCD section 2D.28.
