AccuformNMC™ signs provides a comprehensive solution for stock and custom traffic and parking signs, ideal for various applications around facilities and in public traffic areas. This kit includes durable .080" aluminum signs that resist rust and feature enhanced visibility, three times brighter than engineer-grade prismatic reflective materials. The signs are printed with UV-resistant inks that prevent fading over time and are finished with a clear UV protective overcoat. Each sign comes with post mount holes, either 1/4" corner holes or 3/8" post mount holes, and is designed to withstand extreme temperatures, with a service temperature range of -40° to 250° F. The graphics are crafted for easy understanding and comply with MUTCD regulations for traffic signs on roads open to public traffic, meeting ASTM D 4956, Type III, Type IV, and Type X certifications. The surface-printed prismatic sheeting, recognized by the Federal Highway Administration, is bonded to the aluminum to ensure longevity. Each sign measures 15"W x 21"H and weighs 2.59 lbs. Additionally, the directional arrow auxiliary sign should be mounted below the route sign and other auxiliary signs in directional assemblies, in accordance with MUTCD section 2D.28, which identifies that traffic signs and pavement markings on all public roads should be high-intensity prismatic.
