DG High Prism Reflective Signs in Fluorescent Yellow Green (FYG) are designed to enhance visibility and attract attention through their combination of fluorescent colors and micro-prismatic retro reflectivity, ensuring superior luminance even at wide angles and in daylight. These signs comply with the requirements of the 2009 MUTCD update, mandating fluorescent yellow green for all school and bus stop signs, while the FYG color is optional for pedestrian, bike, and playground signs. Specifically, the combined bicycle/pedestrian (W11-15) sign can be utilized in areas where both bicyclists and pedestrians may cross the roadway, such as at intersections with shared-use paths. Constructed from durable 1/16" thick aluminum, the signs are resistant to rust and feature graphics that convey messages clearly. The reflective sign faces enhance visibility in low-light and nighttime conditions, and the signs are printed with UV-resistant inks to prevent fading due to prolonged outdoor exposure.
