The kit includes durable .080" aluminum signs that will not rust, featuring an engineer-grade prismatic (EGP) reflective surface for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. The signs are printed with UV-resistant inks to prevent fading from prolonged outdoor exposure and are protected by Sign Muscle® to withstand harsh abuse and graffiti. Key attributes include rounded corners with options for center post-mount holes, 1/4" corner holes, or 3/8" postmount holes. The reflective sheeting is bonded to the aluminum and meets ASTM D4956 Type 1 standards, ensuring compliance for regulatory, warning, and work zone signage. These signs can endure extreme temperatures with a service temperature range of -40° to 250° F, and they provide excellent visibility at night when illuminated.
