Traffic signs safely direct and regulate the flow of vehicles and pedestrians in and around parking areas, dock areas, and roadways. The kit includes durable 0.080" aluminum signs that will not rust and provide added visibility in low-light conditions, being three times brighter than engineer-grade prismatic reflective materials. The signs utilize UV-resistant inks to prevent fading from long-term outdoor use and feature a clear UV protective overcoat with post mount holes. The graphics are designed for easy comprehension, and the signs comply with MUTCD regulations for traffic signs on all roads open to public traffic, meeting ASTM D 4956, Type III, Type IV, and Type X standards. The surface-printed prismatic sheeting, recognized by the Federal Highway Administration, is bonded to aluminum, ensuring durability in extreme temperatures and outdoor environments, with a service temperature range of -40° to 250° F. The design includes rounded corners and options for 1/4" corner holes or 3/8" postmount holes, all while meeting the standards of MUTCD section 2B.12. The shared-use path restriction (R9-7) sign can be installed to supplement a solid white pavement marking line on facilities shared by pedestrians and bicyclists, adhering to the national standards specified in the MUTCD that require high-intensity prismatic traffic signs and pavement markings on all public roads.
