The industry-exclusive shoulder pad material is abrasion-resistant, extending the harness's service life. Advanced gel padding material effectively disperses harness loads, eliminating pressure points for all-day comfort, while the durable lanyard keeper design offers versatility and reusability, aligning with ANSI compliance. The kit also includes a fully adjustable suspension trauma relief system and tongue buckle legs equipped with nine grommeted adjustment positions for a broader fit range. The FT-One™ is patent pending and the harness complies with ANSI Z359.11-2021 standards. The webbing is made of polyester with a minimum static strength of 5,000 lb, while the aluminum alloy D-rings also possess a minimum static strength of 5,000 lb. The buckles and adjusters are constructed from aluminum alloy and plated alloy steel with a minimum static strength of 3,372 lb. In terms of static strength, the harness is rated for a minimum of 3,600 lb. The ANSI user capacity is 130 to 310 lb, while the OSHA user capacity ranges from 130 to 425 lb.
