The industry-exclusive shoulder pad material is abrasion-resistant, reducing excess wear and prolonging the harness's lifespan. Advanced gel padding disperses harness loads to eliminate hot spots and pressure points, providing all-day comfort. The durable lanyard keeper design enhances versatility and reusability while maintaining compliance with ANSI standards. The harness is equipped with a fully adjustable suspension trauma relief system and tongue buckle legs featuring 9 grommeted adjustment positions for a wider range of fit. The product is FT-ONE™ patent pending and complies with ANSI Z359.11-2021. Specifications include webbing made of polyester with a minimum static strength of 5,000 lb, aluminum alloy D-rings with the same minimum static strength, and buckles and adjusters made from aluminum alloy and plated alloy steel with a minimum static strength of 3,372 lb. The static strength is rated at 3,600 lb minimum, with an ANSI user capacity of 130 to 310 lb max and an OSHA user capacity of 130 to 425 lb max. Torso adjustment is facilitated by a cam lock.
