It is built with an industry-exclusive shoulder pad material that is abrasion resistant, reducing wear and extending the harness's service life. The advanced gel padding material distributes harness loads effectively, eliminating hot spots and pressure points for all-day comfort. A durable lanyard keeper design enhances versatility and reusability while ensuring compliance with ANSI standards. The harness includes a fully adjustable suspension trauma relief system and tongue buckle legs with 9 grommeted adjustment positions for a broader fit range. The webbing is made of polyester with a minimum static strength of 5,000 lb., while the D-rings are constructed from aluminum alloy with the same minimum static strength. Buckles and adjusters are made from aluminum alloy and plated alloy steel, with a minimum static strength of 3,372 lb. The overall static strength of the harness is 3,600 lb., and it complies with ANSI Z359.11-2021 standards, accommodating a user capacity of 130 to 310 lb. per ANSI and 130 to 425 lb. per OSHA.
