The harness features Comfort Legs™ lateral leg strap construction that greatly improves mobility and comfort, along with ArrowGrip™ dorsal D-ring plate and new slip-resistant connectors to minimize slippage for maximum comfort with minimal adjustment throughout the day. It incorporates an industry-exclusive shoulder pad material that is abrasion-resistant to reduce wear and prolong service life, and advanced gel padding material that disperses harness loads to eliminate hot spots and pressure points for all-day comfort. The durable lanyard keeper design enhances versatility and reusability while maintaining ANSI compliance, and it includes a fully adjustable suspension trauma relief system. The tongue buckle legs are equipped with nine grommeted adjustment positions for a wider range of fit. The product is patent pending (FT-ONE™) and complies with ANSI Z359.11-2021. The webbing is made of polyester with a minimum static strength of 5,000 lb, and the D-rings are constructed from aluminum alloy also with a 5,000 lb. minimum static strength. The buckles and adjusters are made from aluminum alloy and plated alloy steel with a minimum static strength of 3,372 lb, while the overall static strength of the harness is rated at a minimum of 3,600 lb. The ANSI user capacity ranges from 130 to 310 lb, and the OSHA user capacity ranges from 130 to 425 lb. Torso adjustment utilizes a cam lock mechanism.
