The harness features Comfort Legs™ lateral leg strap construction, enhancing mobility and comfort, while the new Modular Belt System™ allows for custom configuration of tool bag and pouch positions for ease of use and efficiency. It incorporates an ArrowGrip™ dorsal D-ring plate with slip-resistant connectors to minimize slippage and maintain comfort throughout the day. The waist belt is equipped with four ANSI/ISEA 121-compliant tool tether anchor attachments, each rated for five pounds. The industry-exclusive shoulder pad material is designed to be abrasion-resistant to reduce excess wear, extending the harness's service life. Advanced gel padding material disperses harness loads, eliminating pressure points for all-day comfort. A durable lanyard keeper design provides improved versatility and reusability while maintaining ANSI compliance. The harness includes a fully adjustable suspension trauma relief system, and the tongue buckle legs are fitted with 9 grommeted adjustment positions for a broader range of fit. The FT-ONE™ is patent pending and complies with ANSI Z359.11-2021. It features polyester webbing with a 5,000 lb. minimum static strength, aluminum alloy D-rings with a 5,000 lb. minimum static strength, and buckles and adjusters made of aluminum alloy and plated alloy steel with a 3,372 lb. minimum static strength. The static strength rating is a minimum of 3,600 lb., with an ANSI user capacity of 130 to 310 lb. and an OSHA user capacity of 130 to 425 lb. The torso adjustment utilizes a cam lock mechanism.
