The harness features Comfort Legs™ lateral leg strap construction for enhanced mobility and comfort, alongside a new Modular Belt System™ that allows custom configuration of tool bag and pouch positions for user convenience. The ArrowGrip™ dorsal D-ring plate, along with new slip-resistant connectors, reduces slippage for maximum comfort and requires minimal adjustment throughout the day. The waist belt includes four ANSI/ISEA 121-compliant tool tether anchor attachments rated at five pounds each. The shoulder pad material is abrasion-resistant, which helps mitigate wear and prolong the harness's lifespan. Additionally, advanced gel padding material effectively disperses loads, eliminating hot spots and pressure points for all-day comfort. The durable lanyard keeper design improves versatility and reusability while ensuring ANSI compliance. The harness also includes a fully adjustable suspension trauma relief system and tongue buckle legs with nine grommeted adjustment positions for a wider range of fit. It is FT-ONE™ patent pending and complies with ANSI Z359.11-2021. The webbing is made of polyester with a minimum static strength of 5,000 lb., while the D-rings are constructed from aluminum alloy, also with a minimum static strength of 5,000 lb. Buckles and adjusters are made from aluminum alloy and plated alloy steel, providing a minimum static strength of 3,372 lb. The overall static strength of the harness is a minimum of 3,600 lb., with an ANSI user capacity ranging from 130 to 310 lb. and an OSHA user capacity from 130 to 425 lb. The torso adjustment utilizes a cam lock mechanism.
