The harness features Comfort Legs™ lateral leg strap construction that significantly enhances mobility and comfort, along with a new Modular Belt System™ which allows for a customizable configuration of tool bag and pouch positions to optimize ease of use, comfort, and efficiency. The ArrowGrip™ dorsal D-ring plate and advanced slip-resistant connectors work to minimize slippage, ensuring maximum comfort with minimal adjustment throughout the day. The waist belt is equipped with four ANSI/ISEA 121-compliant tool tether anchor attachments, each rated at five pounds. The shoulder pad material is industry-exclusive and abrasion-resistant to prolong the harness' service life. Advanced gel padding material effectively disperses harness loads, eliminating hot spots and pressure points for all-day comfort. A durable lanyard keeper design enhances versatility and reusability while maintaining ANSI compliance. The harness includes a fully adjustable suspension trauma relief system and features tongue buckle legs with nine grommeted adjustment positions for a broader fit range. It is FT-ONE™ patent pending and complies with ANSI Z359.11-2021. The webbing is made of polyester with a minimum static strength of 5,000 lb., while the D-rings are constructed from aluminum alloy with a minimum static strength of 5,000 lb. Buckles and adjusters are made from aluminum alloy and plated alloy steel, having a minimum static strength of 3,372 lb. The static strength rating is 3,600 lb. with an ANSI user capacity of 130 to 310 lb. max and an OSHA user capacity of 130 to 425 lb. max. Torso adjustment utilizes a cam lock mechanism.
