These semi-flexible, impact-resistant plastic signs are designed for standard-duty use, suitable for both indoor and medium-term outdoor installation. For more demanding environments, aluminum signs are available, capable of withstanding wash downs, harsh elements, and abusive conditions, while offering good chemical, abrasion, and impact resistance. Aluminum is tailored for both indoor and outdoor applications, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial-strength uses. All aluminum signs are coated with AccuformNMC's Sign Muscle® liquid-based UV-protective coating, which is included at no charge and enhances durability by preventing fading, resisting chemicals, and providing protection against abuse and graffiti. The signs feature a service temperature range of -40° to 250°F, endure various outdoor environmental conditions, and typically have rounded corners with 3/16" mounting holes, which are adjusted for larger sizes. The material is designed to provide the strength of metal while being resistant to rust.
