The John Boos® instrument/back table is constructed from 18-gauge type 304 stainless steel with a #4 polish satin finish, ensuring durability and a clean appearance. This table measures 20"W x 20"D x 34"H and features a sound dead-end top with a hemmed safety edge, promoting sanitary construction to prevent the collection of foreign materials. The top is reinforced with a 1" x 2" C-channel running the entire length of the table, while the legs are made of 1" 16-gauge 304 stainless steel. Additionally, the table is equipped with standard 3" locking casters for mobility and ships in a welded setup for ease of use.
