The John Boos® instrument/back table is constructed of 18-gauge type 304 stainless steel with a #4 polish satin finish, ensuring durability and a sleek appearance. The table measures 30"W x 16"D x 34"H and features a sound dead-end top with a hemmed safety edge, designed for sanitary construction to prevent the collection of foreign materials. The top is reinforced with a 1" x 2" C-channel running the entire length of the table, providing additional stability. The table is supported by 1" legs made of 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, and it includes 3" locking casters for easy mobility. The unit ships in a welded setup, ensuring a sturdy and reliable product.
