King's KB series unit heaters are engineered for use as primary or supplemental heating sources in expansive or exposed areas such as high-rise buildings, stores, warehouses, garages, water treatment facilities, and fire room vaults to prevent freezing. These heaters feature spiral finned steel elements and high CFM for even air distribution, which results in cooler element operation and extended heater life. Included in the kit is a universal wall/ceiling bracket that simplifies installation. Key features include adjustable louvers for directing air, a built-in fan delay to dissipate heat, a built-in thermostat, a high mass steel fin heat exchanger, patented Smart Limit Protection®, and a permanently lubricated unit bearing motor. The construction utilizes 20 gauge electro galvanized steel with a rust-inhibiting baked enamel finish, complemented by smooth rounded corners and protective edge trim that enhance its modern aesthetic. Additional specifications include an adjustable outlet louver that allows for air direction modification, a heavy gauge rear intake screen to safeguard against foreign objects, and spiral fin elements designed for optimal heat transfer while preventing hot spots by maintaining optimal airflow around the element. The unit is equipped with a totally enclosed fan motor that is permanently lubricated for long life.
