King's KB Series unit heaters are engineered for both primary and supplemental heating in large or exposed areas, such as high-rise buildings, stores, warehouses, garages, and fire room vaults, effectively preventing freezing. The heater features spiral finned steel elements and a high CFM fan for even air distribution, contributing to cooler element operation and extended heater lifespan. It includes a built-in thermostat, adjustable louvers for directing air, and a built-in fan delay to dissipate heat. Key features encompass a high mass steel fin heat exchanger, patented Smart Limit Protection®, and a permanent lubricated unit bearing motor. The construction consists of 20 gauge electro galvanized steel with a rust-inhibiting baked enamel finish, smooth rounded corners, and protective edge trim for a modern look. The adjustable outlet louvers allow for customized air direction, while the heavy gauge steel rear intake screen protects the fan blade. The spiral fin elements are copper brazed and molded into a coil configuration for optimal heat transfer with reduced risk of hot spots. The fan motor is totally enclosed and ensures a long operational life. The package includes a universal wall/ceiling bracket for easy installation.
