King's KB series unit heaters are designed for use as primary or supplemental heat sources in large or exposed areas, including high-rise buildings, stores, warehouses, garages, water treatment, and fire room vaults to prevent freezing. The kit includes adjustable louvers to direct air, a built-in fan delay to dissipate heat, a built-in thermostat, a high mass steel fin heat exchanger, patented Smart Limit Protection®, and a permanent lubricated unit bearing motor. It comes with a universal wall/ceiling bracket for simple installation and is proudly made in the USA with U.S. and global materials. The construction features all exterior and interior metal enclosure parts made from 20 gauge electro galvanized steel with a rust-inhibiting baked enamel finish, while smooth rounded corners and protective edge trim provide an attractive modern appearance. The adjustable outlet louver allows for air direction adjustments, and a heavy gauge steel rear intake screen protects against foreign objects making accidental contact with the rotating fan blade. The spiral fin elements feature a copper-brazed metal sheath with spiral fins molded into a coil configuration to maximize heat transfer and minimize hot spots by positioning the element in the maximum airflow stream. The unit is equipped with a totally enclosed fan motor that is permanently lubricated for long life.
