King's KB series unit heaters are designed for primary or supplemental heating in large or exposed areas such as high-rise buildings, stores, warehouses, garages, water treatment facilities, and fire room vaults to prevent freezing. The heaters feature adjustable louvers to direct air, a built-in fan delay to dissipate heat, a built-in thermostat, a high mass steel fin heat exchanger, patented Smart Limit Protection®, and a permanently lubricated unit bearing motor. Additionally, they come with a universal wall/ceiling bracket for simple installation and are proudly made in the USA with U.S. and global materials. The construction comprises 20 gauge electro galvanized steel with a rust inhibiting baked enamel finish, featuring smooth rounded corners and protective edge trim for an attractive modern appearance. The adjustable outlet louvers can direct air up or down as needed, while a heavy gauge steel rear intake screen guards against foreign objects entering the rotating fan blade. The spiral fin elements consist of a copper-brazed metal sheath with spiral fins molded into a coil configuration, ensuring optimal heat transfer without hot spots by positioning elements in the maximum airflow stream. The unit is equipped with a totally enclosed fan motor that is permanently lubricated for long life.
