The unit features spiral finned steel elements and high CFM for even air distribution, which aids in cooler element operation and extends heater life. It is constructed with high-quality components, including a dynamically balanced fan blade and an in-built thermostat, ensuring years of reliable performance. The heater includes a universal wall/ceiling bracket for straightforward installation, adjustable louvers for directing air, a built-in fan delay to dissipate heat, a built-in thermostat, a high mass steel fin heat exchanger, patented Smart Limit Protection®, a permanently lubricated unit bearing motor, and is proudly made in the USA with U.S. and global materials. The exterior and interior metal enclosure parts are crafted from 20 gauge electro galvanized steel with a rust-inhibiting baked enamel finish, featuring smooth rounded corners and protective edge trim for a modern appearance. It also has a heavy gauge steel rear intake screen to protect against foreign objects and spiral fin elements that improve heat transfer while reducing the potential for hot spots. The unit's totally enclosed fan motor is designed for long life with permanent lubrication.
