The kit includes a touch fastener closure system that allows for a secure bond when the two sides are pressed together, utilizing hundreds of hooks interlocking with hundreds of loops. The system is designed for easy separation, where the hooks straighten out and release from the loops when pulled apart. The adhesive is rubber-based and pressure-sensitive, making it suitable for both high and low temperature environments, and is weather-resistant. Hook and loop components are sold separately.
