The fixed-height knockdown industrial steel gantry cranes are designed for disassembly when not in use, making them practical for storage. These cranes are intended for transporting and positioning materials along the beam's length, featuring heavy-duty welded steel construction for durability and a protective painted blue finish to resist surface wear. Each unit comes standard with four position locking swivel casters; the 2K-4K units are equipped with glass filled nylon casters, while the 6K-8K units use phenolic casters, and the 10K model has steel casters. The rigging locks into one of four positions, allowing the user to push the gantry crane in various directions, enhancing maneuverability. The fixed height design promotes constant lifting stability, making it an economical solution that reduces the need for additional personnel. All units comply with applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910 179, ASME B30 17, and ANSI Z535 4 specifications. The base dimensions of the unit measure 229-1/4 inches by 64-1/2 inches.
