Hydraulic elevating carts are designed for manufacturing and distributing industries, enabling material to be easily loaded onto the cart from a table, lowered to a safe transporting height, and raised for unloading at the destination. The cart features a foot pump with a soft-lowering down valve for precise positioning and ergonomic height adjustment. The unit rolls on four polyurethane casters measuring 5 x 2 inches, with two rigid and two swivel casters equipped with brakes for stability and mobility. The tables can be raised and lowered using a single speed foot pump, a two-speed foot pump, or a two-speed auto shifter that automatically adjusts under load. The carts have steel construction with chrome platforms and handles on all models except the CART-200-ALUM, which has an aluminum platform surface. Models with the suffix FP have a painted platform. The hydraulic system includes an internal safety velocity fuse in each cylinder to ensure safe operation. The cart has two scissors and provides an elevation of 3/4 inch per pump stroke. This design minimizes worker bending and lifting through ergonomic features and portability.
