The fixed-height knockdown industrial steel gantry cranes are designed for easy disassembly when not in use, facilitating convenient storage. Constructed from heavy-duty welded steel, these cranes are engineered for transporting and positioning materials along the beam's length, ensuring long-lasting service with a painted blue finish that protects against surface wear. Each unit includes four (4) position locking swivel casters with roller bearings; specifically, the 2K-4K models feature glass filled nylon casters, while the 6K-8K models are equipped with phenolic casters, and the 10K model has steel casters. The rigging can be locked in one of four positions, allowing the unit to be pushed forward, backward, left, or right, providing an economical and efficient lifting solution that lessens the need for additional personnel. The fixed height design ensures constant lifting stability within a specific setting. Moreover, all units comply with applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910 179, ASME B30 17, and ANSI Z535 4 specifications. The base dimensions are 229-1/4" x 64-1/2".
