The industrial steel gantry crane is designed for transporting and positioning materials along the beam's length, featuring a heavy-duty welded steel construction that ensures durability. The unit comes standard with four position locking swivel casters; the 2K-4K units have glass filled nylon casters, while the 6K-8K units are equipped with phenolic casters, and the 10K model has steel casters. The locking mechanism allows the rigging to be set in one of four positions, enabling the crane to be easily maneuvered forward, back, left, or right. There is an optional total locking caster feature that secures the rigging in any position and prevents the wheels from rotating. Designed for semi-permanent or permanent applications, the crane boasts a quick setup design, painted blue finish with warning and operating stickers, and includes a complete owner's manual. Each unit features easy adjustable height, which can be altered using a fork truck or other overhead lifting device, and complies with applicable CMAA and ANSI specifications. The base dimensions measure 239-3/4" x 89-3/4".
