The fixed-height knockdown industrial steel gantry cranes are designed for easy disassembly when not in use, allowing for compact storage and simplified transportation between job sites. Each unit is equipped with four (4) 8" swivel casters with four-position locks; the 2K-4K units feature glass-filled nylon casters, while the 6K-8K units have phenolic casters, and the 10K model includes steel casters. The cranes boast a heavy-duty welded steel construction for durability, a quick setup design, and a powder coat blue finish for an attractive and lasting appearance. However, units should not be moved while loaded and require fork truck assistance for setup. Each gantry crane complies with relevant CMAA and ANSI specifications, and the base dimensions are 109-1/4" x 64-1/2".
