The Kee Dome® is a free-standing, non-penetrating guardrail system specifically designed for fall protection around skylights and smoke vents. It includes materials for railing measuring up to 96" x 96", with an adjustable length that can reach a maximum of 384 inches, and horizontal pipes that can be cut on-site to meet specific dimensions. Constructed with steel gray pipes and fittings, along with recycled PVC black weighted bases, the modular Kee Dome® system facilitates safe rooftop access for contractors and maintenance crews, eliminating the risk of falling through glazed areas. It features quick assembly with standard components including vertical posts, hand and knee rails with 90° corner components, and special recycled PVC feet with clamping rings. Although intended as a permanent solution, this fully modular system can be expanded to accommodate various skylight sizes, suitable for use on all roof surfaces with a maximum pitch of 3°. The Kee Dome® also incorporates Kee Klamp® components that are galvanized for durability, ensuring a long-lasting and virtually maintenance-free system. It has been independently tested to meet BS EN ISO 14122 Part 3 and OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.23, ensuring full compliance. The system is versatile enough to fit square and rectangular skylights, rooflights, and dome lights, and it can be assembled using simple hand tools, creating a safety barrier that protects workers from the hazards of falling.
