The industrial steel gantry crane is designed for transporting and positioning materials along the beam's length, featuring heavy-duty welded steel construction for long-lasting use. Each unit includes four position locking swivel casters, with 2K-4K units equipped with glass filled nylon casters, 6K-8K units featuring phenolic casters, and the 10K model having steel casters, all allowing safe positioning in one of four locking positions. The crane has an easy adjustable height that can be achieved with a fork truck or other overhead lifting device, and it complies with applicable CMAA and ANSI specifications. The overall base dimensions are 179-3/4" x 89-3/4", and the unit requires assistance from a fork truck for setup. It comes with a painted blue finish, warning and operating stickers, and a complete owner's manual, making it suitable for semi-permanent or permanent applications. Additionally, there is an optional total locking caster that can lock the rigging in any position while preventing the wheels from rotating.
