The industrial steel gantry crane is designed for transporting and positioning materials along the beam's length, featuring heavy-duty welded steel construction for long-lasting use. Each unit includes four (4) position locking swivel casters with roller bearings; the 2K-4K units are equipped with glass filled nylon casters, while the 6K-8K units have phenolic casters, and the 10K model is fitted with steel casters. The crane allows for locking the rigging in one of four positions, enabling movement in any direction, and offers an optional total locking caster feature that secures the rigging in any position while preventing wheel rotation. With its quick setup design, it is more economical and flexible than permanent cranes and is ideal for semi-permanent or permanent applications. The painted blue finish comes with warning and operating stickers alongside a complete owner's manual. Each unit's easy adjustable height can be modified with a fork truck or other overhead lifting device and complies with applicable CMAA and ANSI specifications. The base dimensions measure 179-3/4 inches by 88-1/2 inches.
