The dock seal/shelter combination is designed for a door with dimensions of ninety-six (96) inches in width and one-hundred twenty (120) inches in height. It features a top (header) constructed of wolmanized lumber with a sloped design for optimal water run-off. The unit includes high-density foam mounted to treated lumber and verticals attached to wooden boards, allowing for wall mounting along the vertical pieces. This product is suitable for applications with a flush dock to building and, when combined with an Edge-O-Dock, requires a twenty (20) inch projection dock seal. The unique two-in-one design provides both a dock seal and dock shelter, while the maximum compression design ensures maximum protection. Built-in air tunnels facilitate air escape when in contact with a trailer. The kit includes mounting hardware and installation instructions for quick and easy setup. The materials used consist of vinyl-coated nylon, with an eighteen (18) oz. side bumper and a forty (40) oz. header flap. The projection measures 12 inches, with a header width of 114 inches and a header height of 4 inches. The drop curtain is 30 inches long, and it accommodates a maximum door width of 96 inches (8 ft.) and a maximum door height of 10 ft. The usable door dimensions are 90 inches in width and height. The standard guide stripe height is 30 inches, the maximum compression is 5 inches, and the side dimensions are 12 inches in width and 120 inches in height. The unit is classified as non-returnable.
