It includes a foot pump with a soft-lowering down valve and moves effortlessly on four polyurethane casters, comprising two swivel casters with brakes and two rigid casters. It has a single-speed foot pump and features an internal safety velocity fuse in each cylinder. The cart offers an elevation per stroke of 3/4 inches, incorporates a single scissor design, and boasts a total of four casters with a diameter and width of 5 x 2 inches. The unit operates with 48 pumps at high speed and 18 pumps at low speed.
