Hydraulic elevating carts are designed for manufacturing and distributing industries to facilitate easy loading, transporting, and unloading of materials. The kit includes a steel construction cart with a chrome platform and handle, except for model CART-200-ALUM which features an aluminum platform surface, and models with suffix FP that have a painted platform. The cart uses a unique lift design with a single-speed foot pump that includes a soft-lowering down valve for precise positioning and ergonomic height adjustment. It rolls on four polyurethane casters measuring 4 x 1-1/4 inches, with two rigid and two swivel casters equipped with brakes for portability and secure positioning. The cart’s scissor lift is single type, providing an elevation of 1-1/2 inches per stroke, with eight pumps required for low speed and sixteen pumps for high speed. The platform thickness is 11 gauge steel. Each hydraulic cylinder includes an internal safety velocity fuse for added safety. The ergonomic design minimizes worker bending and lifting, enhancing user safety and efficiency.
