It features a fiberglass resin shell that withstands radiant temperatures up to 350° F, a smooth dome shape with exposed rivets popular in construction, industry, and metalworking, and an 8-point riveted textile suspension for increased comfort and force displacement. The durable wheel adjustment system allows for one-hand size adjustments, while the soft, non-chaffing EVA moisture management sweatband padding maximizes sweat absorption. There are three position height adjustment settings to ensure proper depth. The hard hat is ANSI compliant with a high temperature "HT" fiberglass resin shell and meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I requirements, with a Class G (2200V) electrical rating. It features a standard brim length, polyester textile strap suspension, and a full brim smooth dome design. The non-vented hard hat has no openings for airflow, and the wheel ratchet size adjustment system provides quick and easy adjustments for a firm, comfortable fit, making it suitable for applications including mining, tunneling, demolition, utility work, and metalworking.
