The ANSI certified Type II, Class C industrial climbing helmet offers superior impact protection for tasks performed at heights or in confined spaces. This helmet features a lightweight ABS shell paired with an integrated EPS inner shell foam liner, in conjunction with a highly adjustable 4-point HDPE inner suspension that provides exceptional protection against top-of-head and lateral impacts. The Traverse™ - MIPS® technology includes a low friction layer that permits relative motion of 10mm to 15mm in all directions, effectively redirecting harmful rotational forces that could otherwise affect the head. Key features include an ultra-lightweight ABS shell for enhanced protection, a MIPS® system designed to minimize rotational motion from angled impacts, an EPS foam impact liner for absorbing front, side, or rear impacts, and a 4-point cross-over chin strap with a quick-release buckle for a secure fit. The adjustable Sure-Lock wheel ratchet suspension performance ensures a proper fit for various head sizes, and the inner suspension incorporates comfortable padding above the brow line. This helmet meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II, Class E standards and complies with clauses 4.2 of EN12492. It is compatible with the full line of Traverse accessories, features a vented cap style shell to facilitate air movement for improved comfort, and includes a 4-point polyester chin strap. Additionally, the helmet is end-of-life recyclable via the TerraCycle™ program.
