The ANSI certified Type II, Class E industrial climbing helmet provides superior impact protection for work at heights or in confined spaces. It features a super lightweight ABS shell combined with an integrated EPS inner shell foam liner, along with a highly adjustable 4-point HDPE inner suspension that ensures exceptional protection against both top and lateral impact hazards. The helmet incorporates the Traverse™ - MIPS® (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System), which includes a low friction layer allowing for 10mm - 15mm of relative motion in all directions to help redirect harmful rotational forces during angled impacts. Key features include an ultra-lightweight ABS shell, an EPS foam impact liner designed to absorb impact forces, a 4-point cross-over chin strap with an adjustable quick release buckle for a secure fit, and a rugged non-slip adjustable Sure-Lock wheel ratchet for effortless fit across various head sizes. The inner suspension is padded above the brow line for comfort and the helmet meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II, Class E as well as clauses 4.2 of EN12492. It is compatible with the complete range of Traverse accessories. The helmet is designed in a cap style with a non-vented hard shell that lacks openings for airflow, and features a wheel ratchet size adjustment for a customized fit. Additionally, the helmet is end-of-life recyclable through the TerraCycle® program, promoting responsible disposal of contaminated PPE to minimize landfill waste.
