The RD3DD kit is designed for use in solid/hollow wall, concrete, block, and brick applications. It includes anchors that feature red wings which splay out when installed in hollow walls like drywall or plywood, providing a more secure installation and higher pull-out load. Each anchor is equipped with a lip to prevent falling into deep holes or hollow wall spaces. For hard wall applications, the appropriate anchor size should be used to determine the hole size for installation, while for drywall or softer materials, it is recommended to use the smallest hole that allows for a tight fit of the anchor. These anchors are not intended for overhead applications or situations where holding values are critical. Additionally, they feature a tapered body and collar to prevent falling through the base material.
