The K6HXTP kit is designed for solid and hollow wall, concrete, block, or brick applications. This kit includes anchors featuring red wings that splay out when used in hollow walls, such as drywall or plywood, enhancing installation security and increasing pull-out load. Each anchor has a lip that prevents it from falling into deep holes or hollow walls. For hard wall applications, the anchor size determines the necessary hole size for installation, while for drywall or soft applications, it is advised to use the smallest hole that ensures a tight fit. The tapered body and collar design of the anchors further prevents them from falling through the base material. However, these anchors are not recommended for overhead applications or scenarios where holding values are critical.
