Lag shields are a two-piece die cast anchor designed for use with lag screws in materials such as mortar joints, poured concrete, brick, and concrete blocks. After drilling the hole, the anchor can be installed with finger pressure or light taps. The lag shields are available in two different lengths: a shorter style for harder masonry materials that reduces drilling time, and a longer version for increased strength in softer or weaker masonry materials.
