Lag shields are a two-piece die cast anchor designed to enable the use of lag screws in materials such as mortar joints, poured concrete, brick, and concrete blocks. After drilling the hole, the anchor can be installed using finger pressure or light taps. The lag shield is available in two different lengths: short and long. The shorter style is particularly beneficial for harder masonry materials, as it reduces drilling time, while the longer version provides increased strength for softer or weaker masonry materials. These anchors are manufactured from Zamac alloy, ensuring durability and reliability in various applications.
