Hex head tap bolts are designed for fastening into internally tapped holes or for use with a nut to securely pull assemblies together over a long length. In adjustment applications, they can be utilized with jam nuts to ensure that the assembly remains in place. These bolts are manufactured to the IFI-199 standard and possess special features including full threading, corrosion resistance, and low carbon steel material, which is zinc plated.
