The composite safety toe boots feature a 10-inch height and a composite safety toe that does not transfer cold or set off metal detectors. The durable, seamless upper is made of AEREX 1.5.5®, a proprietary, chemical-resistant, thermally-insulative, microcellular polymer, ensuring 100% liquid proof performance. With a lightweight upper, cushioned heel, and slip-resistant nitrile rubber outsole, these boots provide superior comfort and safety, while tiny air bubbles in the material keep feet warm in cold conditions and cool in heat. The Red Chevron-Plus® outsole is slip-resistant per ASTM F3445, the standard specification as of July 2021, and includes tread wear indicators to signal when half the tread has worn away. The boots meet ASTM F2413 M/I/C EH for composite safety toes and have achieved a passing result for ASTM F1671 resistance to viral penetration. The beveled heel design reduces back and leg strain, and the thumb pocket at the top allows for easy donning. The navy blue upper with a red outsole features labeling that includes a date code, country of origin, size markings on the outsoles, and a printed hangtag detailing the name, style, and product features and benefits. These boots are suitable for various applications, including food processing, petrochemical industries, farm/agriculture, and chemical handling. The removable contour cushion insoles absorb moisture, enhancing comfort during extended wear. Compliance with ASTM F2413, F3445, and California Prop 65 is indicated on the labeling.
