Flexible, durable, and comfortable, the Pylon® metatarsal guard boots are designed for tough industrial environments, featuring a floating metatarsal guard, steel safety toe, steel shank, and electrical hazard (EH) rating. The boots are 16" in height and meet ASTM F2413 M/I/C standards for steel safety toe and ASTM F2413 MT standards for the floating metatarsal guard. They are slip resistant per ASTM F3445 requirements, with a dipped neoprene sealant providing a 100% waterproof, oil, and chemical-resistant layer for optimum protection and comfort. The steel shank offers maximum arch support, while the Snugleg design hugs the foot for all-day comfort. The dense fabric liner allows for easy on and off, wicking moisture and condensation. The long-lasting chevron outsoles are designed to eject debris and provide abrasion resistance, complemented by removable cushioned insoles that absorb shock. The neoprene rubber upper ensures flexibility and comfort, with a color scheme of brick red upper and creme outsole. The boots are labeled for compliance with ASTM F2413, F3445, and California Prop 65, with the country of origin and size marked on the outsoles, and the date code printed on the topline band and medial side. These boots are well-suited for various industrial applications, outlasting other rubber boots against solvents, caustics, hydrocarbons, oils, fats, and acids.
